1. 30-day money-back guarantee
New shared, WordPress and cloud hosting plans can be cancelled within 30 days of the first order for a full refund of the hosting fee.
2. What is not refundable
Domain registrations, transfers and renewals, SSL certificates from third parties, dedicated server setup fees and add-ons used during the trial are not refundable.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments can be refunded within 7 days if you did not intend to renew. After that, cancel before the next renewal date to avoid charges.
4. How to request a refund
Submit a request through our contact page with your account email and invoice number. We review requests within two business days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card and mobile money refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear.
6. Abuse and violations
Accounts suspended for breaching our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.
